Vår visselblåsartjänst

Vår visselblåsartjänst är ett ”early warning system” för att minska risker. Den är viktig för att värna god bolagsstyrning och bevara kundernas och allmänhetens förtroende för oss.

Visselblåsartjänsten kan användas för att varna om allvarliga risker för oegentligheter som kan påverka människor, vår organisation, samhället eller miljön. Din rapport kan innehålla information om brottslighet, oegentligheter och överträdelser eller andra handlingar som bryter mot EU:s eller nationell lagstiftning i en arbetsrelaterad kontext.

Du behöver inte ha bevis för din misstanke, men alla meddelanden ska lämnas i god tro.

Så här hanteras ditt meddelande

För att trygga din anonymitet hanteras tjänsten av extern part via Evity. Kommunikationskanalen är krypterad och lösenordsskyddad vilket innebär garanterad anonymitet.

Vår starka förhoppning är att vi internt har tillräckligt förtroende och tillit för att kunna föra dialoger om problem öppet, men möjligheten att anonymt lämna uppgifter är ett sätt att visa att ingen ska behöva oroa sig för konsekvenser av att påtala missförhållanden.

Alla inkomna ärenden tas emot av Jonas och Martina och behandlas konfidentiellt. Vi ber dig att vara väldigt tydlig i din beskrivning av ärendet samt om möjligt ange vilket bolag det gäller.

Alla inkomna ärenden utreds, i första hand internt men med experthjälp vid behov.

 Processen för en visselblåsning ser ut som följande:

  1. Du väljer ärendemottagare och beskriver ditt ärende. Vill du inte vara anonym får du ange ditt namn i beskrivningen.

  2. En notifikation skickas till ärendemottagaren att det finns en rapport att ta del av.

  3. En (anonym) dialog kan då startas mellan visselblåsare och ärendemottagare.

  4. Notifikationer skickas till ärendemottagare och Visselblåsare när något hänt i ärendet- eller om det finns något att agera på, med en länk till rapporten.

  5. Ärendemottagare får två val.

    • Avvisa rapporten (ex. om något har rapporterats som inte hör till visselblåsning)

    • Att lösa/ avsluta ärendet. Då sammanställs meddelanden och ev. bifogade filer/ dokument och sparas i Evity som max 2 år.

Du har rätt att få en bekräftelse av rapportmottagaren att din rapport är mottagen inom sju dagar och uppföljning och återkoppling inom tre månader.

Our whistleblowing service

Our whistleblowing service is an "early warning system" to reduce risks. It is important to safeguard good corporate governance and preserve customer and public trust in us.

The whistleblowing service can be used to warn about serious risks of irregularities that may affect people, our organization, society or the environment. Your report may contain information about crime, irregularities and infringements or other acts that violate EU or national law in a work-related context.

You do not need to have evidence of your suspicion, but all messages should be left in good faith.

How your message is handled

To ensure your anonymity, the service is managed by an external party via Evity. The communication channel is encrypted and password protected, which means guaranteed anonymity.

Our strong hope is that we within the company have enough trust and confidence to be able to conduct dialogues about problems openly, but the ability to anonymously provide information is a way to show that no one should have to worry about the consequences of reporting misconduct.

All incoming cases are received by Jonas and Martina and treated confidentially. We ask you to be very clear in your description of the case and, if possible, state which company it concerns.

All cases received are investigated, primarily internally but with experts support if necessary.

The whistleblowing process works as follows:

  1. You select a case recipient and describe your case. If you do not wish to remain anonymous, you may include your name in the description.
  2. A notification is sent to the case recipient informing them that a report is available for review.
  3. An (anonymous) dialogue can then be initiated between the whistleblower and the case recipient.
  4. Notifications are sent to the case recipient and the whistleblower when something has happened in the case—or if there is a need to take action—with a link to the report.
  5. The case recipient has two options.
  • Reject the report (e.g., if something has been reported that does not qualify as a whistleblowing matter)
  • Resolve/close the case. Messages and any attached files/documents are then compiled and stored in Evity for a maximum of two years.

You have the right to receive confirmation from the report recipient that your report has been received within seven days, and follow-up and feedback within three months.
