You can either create a new case or follow up on a previous one. Your report will be kept confidential and will be handled with the utmost sensitivity.

The process for whistle-blowing is as follows:

  1. You choose a recipient and describe your case. You can also choose to remain anonymous or to add your name.
  2. A notification is sent to the recipient that there is a report available.
  3. An (anonymous) dialog can then be started between the whistle-blower and the recipient.
  4. Notifications are sent to the recipient and whistle-blower when something has happened in the case - or if there is something to act on, with a link to the report.
  5. Recipients are given two choices.
  6. Reject the report (e.g. if something has been reported that is not related to whistle-blowing). 
  7. To resolve/ close the case. The messages and any attached files/documents are then compiled and saved in Evity for a maximum of 2 years.
